Solidarity is a win-win situation
Because from 1 January 2020 you can deduct up to 80% of the donations you make (Royal Decree Law 17/2020 of 5 May 2020).
This means that the Inland Revenue will give you back a higher percentage of the donations you make and will also reward your loyalty to the organisation if you collaborate with us for three years or more, increasing the percentage of the tax deduction.
If you live in an autonomous community that is subject to a particular foral regime or has established additional deductions for donations to foundations and non-profit organisations, the deductions may be different.

If you have been contributing to Fundación Juntos Autismo for more than 3 years, your tax allowance in this last bracket will increase up to 40%.
We’ll explain it with an example:
Giving €100:
Your expenditure is €20 (the tax authorities will refund you €80).
In other words, you will receive 80% tax relief.
